Job summary

You will handle Level 2 and Level 3 support for HQ and outlets, troubleshoot PCs, printers, networks, and MS 365, manage VM and firewall policies, and assist with outlet openings and IT upgrades. The ideal candidate has a IT-related diploma/degree and 3–5 years of experience with strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support, system administration and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Azure, Entra, AWS, VMware and Fortigate.
• Experience supporting POS systems in retail/F&B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support for HQ and retail outlets for day-to-day and complex issues.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, software, MS 365, networks and other IT systems and equipment.
• Administer and maintain VM, Firewall policies, Storage and user accounts.
• Provide POS support including setup, configuration, testing, teardown and troubleshooting of POS systems and peripherals.
• Set up IT equipment and workstations for new employees.
• Support IT requirements for new outlet openings, relocations, renovations and closures.
• Perform system installation, configuration, patching, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT equipment, asset records and inventory.
• Support IT security, system backup and business continuity requirements.
• Participate in IT infrastructure, system enhancement and digitalisation projects.
