BreadTalk Group seeks a hands-on Senior IT Executive to own operational and application support for POS and digital systems across F&B outlets. You will lead enhancements, integrations, testing and digital transformation, while aligning with business stakeholders and vendors for reliable operations and success.

Responsibilities include leading daily support of POS/CRM/digital ordering platforms, managing UAT, and driving automation across outlets.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT application support experience in POS, retail tech or digital systems.
• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, integration, API concepts and UAT.
• Working knowledge of SQL/database queries and basic networking concepts.
• Experience managing system implementation, enhancements or integrations.
• Proven ability to work with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Executive to take ownership of operational and application support for POS and digital systems across the organization's F&B outlets. The role will lead system enhancements, integrations, testing and digital transformation initiatives, while working closely with business stakeholders and technology vendors to ensure reliable system operations and successful delivery of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day support and maintenance of POS, CRM and digital ordering platforms across F&B outlets.
• Lead system enhancements, integrations and implementation projects, from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Manage UAT, system configuration, issue tracking and troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors for timely resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Manage technology vendors and implementation partners, ensuring project timelines, deliverables and service levels are met.
• Identify opportunities for system optimisation, automation and process improvements, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT application support, POS, retail technology, digital systems or related roles.
• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet environments will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, retail/F&B applications, system integration, API concepts and UAT.
• Working knowledge of SQL/database queries, networking concepts (e.g. IP, DNS, Wi-Fi), Windows and general system troubleshooting.
• Experience managing system implementation, enhancement or integration projects.
• Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and issues.
