Zusammenfassung

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Specialist to deliver Level 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and POS terminals across multiple sites. You will install and troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and switches, and administer Microsoft 365 accounts with MFA.

The role includes Azure VMs, NAS storage, backups, patching, and cybersecurity tasks, plus coordinating with vendors and supporting Dynamics 365 BC implementations.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in IT-related field.
• 3 to 5 years in IT support or infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Windows desktops and peripherals.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration knowledge.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN.
• Experience with Azure, NAS and enterprise backup is a plus.
• Experience supporting POS, multi-location retail is a plus.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with users and vendors.

• Monitor backup health and perform restoration testing.
• Perform system patching, endpoint protection and basic cybersecurity administration.
• Provide technical support for POS systems and coordinate with vendors on troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, testing and integrations.
• Maintain IT hardware/software inventories, licences, warranties and renewals.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
• Maintain IT SOPs, network documentation and technical records.
• Support cybersecurity audits, vulnerability remediation and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Hands-on exposure to firewalls and managed switches.
• Experience with Azure, NAS and enterprise backup solutions will be advantageous.
• Experience supporting POS systems, retail operations or multiple locations will be advantageous.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with users and external vendors.
