Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide remote POS-related assistance for customers in Singapore. You will troubleshoot issues, configure systems, and guide onboarding and training via WhatsApp, phone, and remote tools.

The role emphasizes proactive case management, clear communication, and collaboration with product and development teams to improve the support process and product quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or POS-related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and responsibility.
• Familiar with remote support tools and basic networking.
• Experience with POS systems, F&B, retail or payment solutions is a plus.

• Familiar with remote support tools and basic computer and networking troubleshooting.
• Experience with POS systems, F&B, retail or payment solutions will be an advantage.
