Job summary

ACE Business Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT support professional to deliver remote and onsite technical assistance for customers in Singapore. You will handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and assist with device deployment and project installations.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will support Microsoft 365, Windows, and cloud-based solutions while maintaining asset inventories and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC or degree in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior IT support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
• Manage and respond to support tickets within service levels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops and printers.
• Support CCTV, door access, projectors and displays on site.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to deliver projects.
