Job summary

ACE Business Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to deliver remote and on-site technical assistance to customers across industries. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and support Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud solutions while maintaining accurate asset records.

This role requires independence, teamwork, and strong customer service, with opportunities to contribute to proactive improvements and project deployments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions.
• Experience in IT support or infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.

• Assist in deployment of CCTV, door access systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

IT Support & Service Delivery

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
• Manage and respond to support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow through to ensure timely resolution.

Infrastructure & Device Management

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform device deployment, hardware upgrades, and replacement activities.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of deployed equipment.

Network & Cybersecurity Support

• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions including endpoint protection, email security, and access control measures.
• Perform routine system health checks, software updates, and security maintenance activities.
• Assist in backup monitoring, disaster recovery, and data protection initiatives.

Project Implementation & Field Support

• Assist in the deployment and implementation of IT infrastructure projects.
• Install and support CCTV systems, door access systems, projectors, displays, and related equipment.
• Provide onsite support for system installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate records of support tickets, configurations, and project activities.
• Follow established IT procedures and company standards.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity practices.
• Hands-on and willing to perform onsite installations and support activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in IT support, device deployment, or infrastructure support will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, network security, CCTV systems, and door access systems will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
