Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide L1–L2 end-user support at the Singapore office, ensuring smooth daily operations and responsive service for staff.

You will assist with Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshoot PCs and mobile devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, oversee IT assets and inventory, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on IT projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in computer engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Licence number 12C6060.

Responsibilities

• L1–L2 end-user support at the Singapore office.
• Support for Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Troubleshooting for PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, networks, etc.
• Onboarding/offboarding support.
• IT asset and inventory management.
• Coordinate issue management with JGES, ICT, GM IT, ITSS and external vendors; IT project support.
