Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Technician to join our Workplace IT team. You will support Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printing and network connectivity in an enterprise environment, collaborating with local IT and central Workplace teams.

Responsibilities include preparing devices for new users, imaging, software deployment, incident resolution at Level 2, and maintaining accurate asset records while ensuring security configurations meet company

Qualifications

• Responsive Level 2 incident resolution for escalated requests
• Reliable preparation and deployment of laptops for new users with imaging and security configuration
• Execution of mass-deployment and onboarding activities during site ramp-up
• Accurate ticket, asset, stock and lifecycle records
• Effective support for workplace devices, software, printing, collaboration tools, mobile devices and connectivity
• Routine user and access administration in accordance with approved procedures
