Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an IT Support professional to manage incidents, fulfil service requests and support workplace technology across desktop, AV, and user access. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, asset management and AV coordination to ensure minimal user disruption and consistent service quality.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, account administration, device deployment, and ongoing improvement of IT processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, service desk or workplace technology support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and SLA-driven environments.
• Strong documentation and incident recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Level 2 incident tickets with SLA adherence.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis; escalate when needed.
• Provide updates to users and stakeholders throughout incident lifecycle.
