Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an IT Support Assistant to handle day-to-day operations including calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing troubleshooting and escalation as needed.

You will identify, maintain, and replace IT equipment, and liaise with government agencies on returns of faulty or repaired devices. You may also support cross-team projects and any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT or related field.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to follow internal systems to ensure smooth task processing.

Responsibilities

• Assists day-to-day operation by handling phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and ticketing system to understand user inquiries, provide IT support and troubleshoot or escalate as needed.
• Identify, maintain and replace electronic equipment and computers.
• Liaise with government agency on return and collection of faulty or repaired equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting in systems and report status to supervisor on time.
• Support projects from other teams/sections/departments as instructed by supervisor.
