Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd invites applications for an ICT Equipment Support role. This is a 1-year direct contract with renewal, focused on troubleshooting, incident response, and asset management across client platforms and ICT equipment.

You will perform server administration to support software distribution and patch management, set up ICT equipment, build disk images, reinstall desktop images, conduct annual stock takes, and coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements.

Qualifications

• Must have a major in Information Technology.
• Must have at least 1 internship/work experience in related IT work.
• IT-related certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot client platform problems and provide resolutions.
• Respond to incidents promptly, investigate, and resolve.
• Handle service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor service levels, document configurations, and report regularly.
• Participate in client platform implementations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements.
• Manage asset records and user accounts (password creation, reset, deletion).
• Perform local server administration to support software distribution and patch management.
