Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Support / Helpdesk specialist to provide end-user and desktop support, incident management, and Ivanti endpoint operations. You will handle onboarding, patching, and device health checks while assisting in security and infrastructure tasks.

The role covers ITSM ticketing, basic networking, and proactive service improvements, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic digital workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop support hands-on experience
• Diploma / Degree holders in IT or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Ivanti preferred, ITSM / Ticketing systems
• Basic knowledge of networking, IT security, and infrastructure

Responsibilities

• End-User & Desktop Support (L1 / L2) for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
• Manage incidents, service requests and problem records in ITSM system
• Ivanti Endpoint Management & Operations: onboarding, deployment, patching and health checks
• Support endpoint security controls, access provisioning and compliance evidence gathering
• Provide basic server, network and application support, coordinate with vendors
• Perform daily IT BAU tasks, maintain asset inventory and documentation
• Provide user guidance and training on IT tools and security practices
