Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a leading technology consultancy headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to join our expanding team. You will ensure reliability, stability, and availability of production and non-production environments by handling incidents, service requests, and changes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform triage, communicate status to stakeholders, apply workarounds, and document procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
ITIL certification preferred.
Cloud certification advantageous.
Security/DevOps certifications advantageous.
4–6 years in IT operations or similar role.
Experience with incident, service request, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

Manage incident resolution and service requests per SLAs and priority classifications.
Perform initial triage, impact assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
Provide timely updates to internal teams, external stakeholders, and users during lifecycle.
Apply workarounds or corrective actions to minimize disruption.
Escalate complex issues with clear findings to appropriate teams.
Maintain incident, service request, and change records in ticketing systems.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions.
Assist in change implementation, release support, and deployment readiness.
Prepare or update SOPs and knowledge-base articles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support service continuity.
