Job summary

You will assist Infrastructure & Operations and provide hands-on IT support to users across devices and tools. Role includes asset life cycle management, software license compliance, printer/peripheral setup, and security controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year IT Support experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Broad understanding of IT hardware, software, network, and communications.
• Familiar with DHCP and DNS topics.
• Experience in printer troubleshooting and print management.
• Experience with IT Asset Life Cycle Management (CMDB).
• Experience with writing documentation, knowledge articles.
• Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure users' technical problems are resolved promptly.
• Maintain a stable, supported PC environment.
• Ensure SATAIR has a stable, updated user platform that fits business requirements.
• Manage client software composition and version through official tools.
• Monitor automatic jobs and resolve or escalate issues.
• Monitor hardware and interfaces to external parties.
• Manage software licenses and ensure purchases.
• Manage printer setup and peripherals and support it.
• Maintain PC security and access control including encryption.
• Procurement of IT equipment.
• Keep hardware and software register updated.
• Manage PC pool and lending equipment.
• Participate in regional IT activities.
• Ensure 24/7 IT Support availability.
• Other duties as assigned.
