Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and user access.

You will troubleshoot IT incidents, manage OS deployments, Microsoft 365, and business applications while ensuring security and compliance across devices.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm at Macpherson/on-site locations, with an immediate or short-notice start for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience
• Experience in enterprise IT environments preferred
• Mon-Fri 9am-6pm in Macpherson/on-site location

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software and user access issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and upgrade end-user devices.
• Install and support operating systems, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, remote access and remote working solutions.
• Perform software updates, security patches and endpoint security checks.
• Ensure devices comply with IT security and company standards.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and troubleshooting records.
• Work with infrastructure, network and security teams to resolve issues and improve IT services.
• Support IT projects, system migrations and technology refresh initiatives.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Salary Range: Up to $3500
