Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues via email, phone, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve common problems related to operating systems, productivity software, printers, and peripherals.
Assist with account setup, password resets, and user access permissions.
Help install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Perform routine updates, backups, and system checks.
Maintain inventory of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
Support new employee onboarding, including device preparation and software setup.
Provide guidance to staff on using software applications and IT resources effectively.
Help create and update user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets following IT procedures.
Assist in preparing reports on system issues, CCTV monitoring, and IT performance.
Coordinate with external vendors.
