Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks an IT Support professional to install and configure computer hardware, monitor systems, and provide end-user assistance. The role requires a Diploma in IT and at least 1 year of IT support experience, with knowledge of basic programming and good communication skills.

Overtime may be required. Open to fresh diploma/degree graduates. You will coordinate with external vendors, manage user accounts and backups, and handle routine IT operations to ensure smooth

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.

• Coordinate with external vendors to replace computer parts as needed.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles, including password issues.
• Assist in Backup Management.
• Other IT-related operations and administrative duties as assigned.
