CJ LOGISTICS ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide daily IT infrastructure and operations support. The role includes managing Helpdesk, setting up equipment, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in IT/Computing with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Windows systems and networking equipment. On-site duties and regional project deployments are expected.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computing or related disciplines with min. 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Windows systems (Server, SQL, IIS, FTP, DNS, DHCP & etc), Networking & Security Equipment (Cisco & SonicWall).

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily IT infrastructure and operations support to users.
• Manage the Helpdesk and online support requests for effective technical support and troubleshooting.
• Setup and manage IT infrastructure equipment (e.g. NOS, Network & Firewall equipment).
• Support seamless operation of infrastructure services.
• Support hardware, desktop applications, software, network and security applications.
• Configure IT workstations and equipment including desktops/ PCs, laptops, routers and mobile devices.
• Train end users on IT usage, security, systems and devices.
• Deployment of projects locally and regionally as needed.
• Meet necessary support SLAs and expectations.
• Provide 24/7 standby support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to the role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT Infrastructure and Operations support to users.


• Manage the Helpdesk and the online support requests to provide effective technical support and troubleshooting.


• Setup and manage all IT Infrastructure equipment (e.g. NOS, Network & Firewall equipment).


• Support seamless operation infrastructure services.


• Support for hardware, desktop applications, software, network and security applications.


• Configuration of IT Workstation and Equipment including desktops/ PCs, laptops, wireless routers and mobile devices.


• Train and orientate end users on IT usage, security, systems, applications, primers and devices, etc.


• Deployment of projects locally and regionally, where necessary.


• Meet necessary support SLAs and expectations.


• Provide 24/7 standby support.


• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to the role as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computing or related disciplines with min. 3 years of relevant experience.


• Proficient in Windows Systems (Server, SQL, IIS, FTP, DNS, DHCP & etc), Networking & Security Equipment (Cisco & Sonicwall).


• Have good problem analysis and solving skills in troubleshooting and resolving problems.


• Must be flexible and able to adapt to different customers, varying tasks, and responsibilities.
