Job summary

SHINY PEOPLE HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring an IT sales professional to drive revenue across Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and System Integration solutions.

You will develop new business, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engage decision-makers, tailor proposals, and build long-term client relationships while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in a System Integrator (SI), MSP or IT solutions environment
• Experience selling IT services, solutions or managed services
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud and/or cybersecurity solutions
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets
• Able to manage both new business development and existing accounts

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling IT solutions
• Engage business owners, IT managers and key decision-makers
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records and regular sales updates
• Build recurring revenue through managed IT services and solutions
