Responsibilities

Manage and grow key customer accounts.
Develop new sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with senior/C-level clients.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations with technical teams.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Monitor market and technology trends and identify new opportunities.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
