Job summary

SHINY PEOPLE HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT sales professional to grow the business by selling Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and System Integration solutions. You will engage key decision-makers, develop new opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, prepare proposals and presentations, and aim to build recurring revenue through managed services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in a System Integrator (SI), Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT solutions environment.
• Experience selling IT services, solutions or managed services.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud and/or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Able to manage both new business development and existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling IT solutions.
• Engage business owners, IT managers and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records and regular sales updates.
• Build recurring revenue through managed IT services and solutions.
