    You are being invited to join a reputable IT services company in Bangalore as a Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager in the B2B Sales function. With 5-15 years of experience in IT services sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding the business, overseeing sales processes from start to finish, and fostering important relationships with clients in the BFSI, FinTech, and IT services industries.Your primary responsibilities will include achieving an annual order booking of 6 Cr and securing 12 new clients per year. You will be expected to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the FinTech/BFSI sectors, manage the entire sales cycle including pricing strategies and proposals, and nurture client relationships to ensure post-deal growth.Key requirements for this role include a background in IT services, willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, a strong network of CXO-level contacts in BFSI, FinTech, and IT, a track record of successful B2B sales with deal closures exceeding $250K, and exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.Your role will also involve generating leads, building a robust sales pipeline, establishing strategic partnerships, collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams, and representing the company at industry events.
