Job summary

PRINCIPLE ONE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a pure hunter IT Sales Manager to drive net-new customer acquisition and own 100% new business.

This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and closing new logos without account management duties. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close, targeting CIO/CTO-level buyers and presenting IT solutions across SI, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B IT sales experience.
• Proven background in IT System Integrator, MSP, or IT Services.
• Track record of closing net-new logos and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure net-new enterprise and commercial clients.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Sell IT solutions including SI, IT infra, cloud, cybersecurity.
• Develop opportunities within industries or territories.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and CRM updates.
