Role Overview

The role supports the assurance and governance activities of the PMO, ensuring projects follow defined processes, meet quality standards, and deliver accurate and timely reporting to leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate adherence to project management frameworks and standards, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.
• Report QA findings with recommended actions to the Project Manager.
• Identify systemic issues and propose enhancements to PMO processes.
• Assist in developing QA templates, checklists, and audit criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project Management, PMO QA or IT Audit.
• Experience with financial institutions or regulatory projects preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficient in project management and reporting tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or MS Project.
• Familiarity with IT change and release management processes.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tool expertise.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, assertive, with good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and frameworks is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ITIL are an added advantage.
