Our client is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their team!
About Our Client

Our client is a forward-thinking financial services firm, dedicated to providing streamlined, essential financial planning services. They focus on aligning with the values of exploration and adventure held by their clients, ensuring quick access to information and confident decision-making.

What you'll be doing?

Collaborate: Work closely with consultants and developers to coordinate project activities and track progress.

Document: Maintain integration services and interface specifications with precision.

Resolve: Identify and address integration issues with vendors and the internal IT team.

Test: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality.

Train: Prepare user manuals and operations manuals, and facilitate user training on system usage.

Manage: Handle and elevate critical issues to relevant managers.

Communicate: Maintain good rapport with users to manage their expectations regarding project scope and schedule.

Ad-hoc: Undertake other ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by management.

Who are they looking for?

Experience: At least 2 years experience in Fintech or project management is a must, with experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring timely deployment of projects in collaboration with external partners.

Communication: Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration.

Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams is a key requirement.

IT Proficiency: Proficiency in IT is necessary to handle technical aspects of the role.

Other Information:

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 2 day WFH after probation

Annual leave start from 14 days
