Job summary

INNOCOM TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an entry-level Sales Support/Inside Sales role in Singapore. The candidate will handle database calls, CRM updates, and customer inquiries while maintaining lead funnels and preparing quotations.

The position requires 50 daily calls target, training participation, and basic costing checks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To do database calling and updating for existing and raw customers.
• To perform minimum 50 calls per day.
• To update Hubspot/CRM portal on sales opportunity & leads.
• Responsible for products leads, funnel reports, sales follow up.
• To answer customers’ queries on product areas.
• To provide quotation to customers.
• To attend in-house technical/ sales training when necessary.
• To check product costing and information.
• To perform administrative duties as assigned.
