Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an Inside Sales Executive in Singapore to manage existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and support the end-to-end sales process. You will be responsible for maintaining customer partnerships, generating new business, and communicating the value of our managed services.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree and at least 2 years in sales. IT/Technology experience is a plus. This is a full-time position with a 1-year contract renewable, located near Boon Keng MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in sales or account management.
• Experience in IT/Technology industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through after-sales service.
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
• Build knowledge of packaged managed services and communicate benefits to customers.
• Conduct virtual meetings to develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable managed service solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into opportunities.
• Maintain a sales pipeline throughout the purchasing journey.
• Process customer orders and liaise with logistics for timely delivery.
• Provide regular sales activity reports (calls, leads, deals).
• Arrange face-to-face meetings between prospects and Outside Sales Representatives.
• Support other sales and operational activities as required.
