Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an inside sales coordinator to handle customer inquiries, process requests, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role includes preparing quotations, coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Production, and maintaining CRM data. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma with 1–2 years in related roles, proficient in Microsoft Office, and strong communication. Knowledge of Ex products is a plus; location is Hillview.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the electrical or industrial engineering industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) products will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, process requests, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Provide sales administration and coordination support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to support order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and updates in the CRM system.
• Support account management activities and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Perform other sales support duties as assigned.
