Job summary

INFINIUM RECRUITMENT is seeking a friendly, service-oriented individual to assist customers and deliver a positive experience in Singapore. Training will be provided and candidates from different industries are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, approachable and service-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with customers from different backgrounds.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates and mid-career switchers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information on products and services.
• Assist with customer requests, feedback and general enquiries.
• Follow up on outstanding customer matters when required.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Perform basic administrative and customer service duties as required.
