is seeking a Sales Support Engineer / Service Engineer to join our team, supporting key customer accounts, addressing technical requirements, and driving business growth in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will manage quotations, pricing, contracts, and sales support; build strong customer relationships; coordinate projects from prototype to mass production, delivery, after-sales service and EOL.

Qualifications

Experience in sales support or service engineering.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Manage key customer accounts, including quotations, pricing, contracts, and sales support.
Build strong customer relationships and be the key contact for technical, delivery, quality, and service matters.
Coordinate projects from prototype/NPI through mass production, delivery, after-sales support, and End-of-Life (EOL).
Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve customer and technical issues.
Handle customer complaints, warranty/returns, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules, ensuring timely follow-up.
Identify new business opportunities and support commercial discussions.
Conduct customer visits and attend relevant trade shows.
Prepare regular reports on sales, customer issues, and business opportunities.
