Job summary

HKK INSTRUMENTATION TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified candidate to handle customer inquiries, propose suitable products and provide remote support to the externalsales team.

The role reports to the Sales and Technical Manager and supports sales and project initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, addressing technical concerns, and updating customers on deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any technical engineering discipline is required.
• 1–2 years in a technical/service/sales support role or inside sales.
• Knowledge of mechanics, fluid systems, piping, valves, fittings is advantageous.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.
• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend incoming customer enquiries, propose suitable products, and provide remote support to the externalsales team.
• Assist with sales and project initiatives; participate in online meetings and coordinate with external vendors.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate offers and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Support progression to roles such as Outdoor Sales Engineer, Technical Engineer, or Project Engineer.
