Job summary

INNOCOM TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a technically skilled post‑sales support specialist to collaborate with customers, sales teams and engineering to ensure successful implementations and ongoing satisfaction. You will diagnose and resolve issues, provide post‑sales support, prepare quotations, and identify opportunities for upgrades and services.

Ideally you have IT/engineering education and at least 1 year of relevant experience with strong communication and presentation

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer-related field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in technical support, field service, application engineering, or post-sales support.
• Strong end-user support skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise during customer discussions and proposal development.
• Recommend product upgrades, maintenance contracts, and additional services.
• Support account managers in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Assist in preparing technical quotations and solution recommendations.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers after project handover.
• Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for products, systems, and solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues through remote or onsite support.
• Conduct customer calls to assess system performance and customer satisfaction.
