Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd. is seeking an IT operations support professional to manage onboarding/offboarding, incident handling and governance documentation. You will coordinate with Procurement, Finance and HR teams to maintain licenses and processes, ensuring readiness for daily operations and reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent organization, and familiarity with Workday or HR processes. Banking exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• Strong Excel skills for data tabulation and reporting.
• Excellent organisational abilities and multi-priority juggling.
• Clear written communication and documentation accuracy.
• Experience with incident and problem management processes.
• Familiarity with Workday or HR processes is a plus.
• Exposure to banking or financial services is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit eMemos and e-CRFs for requestors and manage renewals.
• Track budgets, requisitions, POs, invoices and goods receipts.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance on maintenance and licence renewals.
• Onboard and offboard staff, ensuring Day 1 readiness (passes, laptops, access).
• Set up meetings, capture minutes and follow up on actions.
• Prepare pillar-level reports and inputs for governance reporting.
• Coordinate with business teams on BCP, DR activities, and call trees.
• Support OS patching, maintenance windows and Change Requests.
