Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an enthusiastic HR support professional on a 1-year contract to help manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate the onboarding experience, and ensure timely HR service delivery.

You will partner with HR business partners and employees to review policies, drive data accuracy in Excel, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve HR services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 1–2 years HR or administrative experience; healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and data management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing and implementing HR policies, processes and programmes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and employees to provide timely and value-added HR support.
• Manage and execute end-to-end HR processes relating to onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate and enhance the onsite experience for new hires and departing employees.
• Ensure HR processes comply with organisational policies and relevant statutory requirements.
• Deliver HR services in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve HR service delivery.
