OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an on-site L1 operational support professional for a major banking client in Singapore. You will handle daily admin tasks, document processes, and coordinate cross-functional activities to keep teams running smoothly.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, documentation on SharePoint/Confluence, and effective multitasking to manage onboarding and support requests while maintaining service continuity.

Formación

• 1–4 years IT or financial sector L1 support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage eMemos and procurement documents to support budgets.
• Monitor IT incidents and problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain SOPs on SharePoint and Confluence for compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding including laptop and access setup.
• Support BCP/DR activities and routine maintenance windows.
• Use Excel to tabulate data and PowerPoint to prepare updates.
• Apply HR tools like Workday for admin tasks.
• Prioritize large volumes of requests and handle multiple onboardings.
