Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) PTE LTD is an IT outsourcing firm delivering software engineering, application development, and digital transformation since 1997. The role supports a major banking client with operational and administrative tasks in an on-site L1 support position.

You will manage procurement, incident tracking, SOPs on SharePoint/Confluence, onboarding/offboarding, and data reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years in IT or financial services in an L1 support or ops role.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with incident and ticket tracking.
• Basic familiarity with HR tools and vendor contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage eMemo flow and procurement activities (PRs, POs, invoices, goods receipts).
• Monitor and escalate IT incidents to ensure service continuity.
• Create/update SOPs on SharePoint/Confluence for compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding: laptops, LAN IDs, passes, system access.
• Assist in BCP/DR planning and routine maintenance like OS patching.
• Use Excel to tabulate data and PowerPoint for updates to teams.
• Support HR admin tasks and vendor processes as needed.
• Handle multiple onboarding requests while maintaining quality.
