Job summary

A regional infrastructure solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in project management within IT infrastructure or hybrid cloud environments. Responsibilities include full project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and financial tracking. Candidates with strong leadership skills and immediate availability are preferred. Contract duration is 6 months and may be extendable.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level infrastructure or migration projects.
• Experience handling external customer engagements and multi-vendor coordination.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience managing project P&L and margins.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for infrastructure and hybrid cloud projects.
• Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings, define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical consultants and delivery teams.
• Track and report project financials monthly and maintain project margin targets.
• Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management frameworks and standards.

PMP-certified Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions and services to our external customers. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing complex projects involving hardware infrastructure, migration services, hybrid cloud solutions, and data center relocations. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive cross‑functional teams, ensure project delivery excellence, and maintain strong customer relationships from initiation through closure.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management:
  Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for infrastructure and hybrid cloud projects sold to external clients.
• Project Planning & Execution:
  Conduct internal and external project kick‑off meetings, define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, effective issue resolution, and high satisfaction upon project completion.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and coordinate cross‑functional technical consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Financial Management:
  Track and report project financials monthly, monitor project budgets, and maintain project margin targets.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive management to minimize project impact.
• Compliance & Governance:
  Ensure adherence to organizational project management frameworks, standards, and best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Experience:
