Job summary

APP Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive IT support technician to assist the in-house IT Engineer with day-to-day requests from employees.

You will install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers; manage user login credentials; and provide troubleshooting across the company. The role offers part-time hours and opportunities to contribute to IT security and infrastructure tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Maintain and monitor the list of email addresses in the company.
• Create login credentials and access rights for new employees and deactivate access when employees leave.
• Hardware: ensure data security, network access and backups are up to date.
• Provide technical support across the company, repair and replace equipment as needed.
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure list for the company.
• Assist in purchase requisitions by identifying suitable equipment.
• Support overseas office users from remote connections.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by IT lead/Management.

You are assisting the in-house IT Engineer in managing and resolving the day-to-day IT requests from employees. These tasks may include, but are not limited to the responsibilities as follow:

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Maintain and monitor the list of e-mail address in the company.
• Create login credential and the access rights to the new employees and deactivate all the access when employees leave the company.
• Hardware: security of data, network access and backup systems are kept up to date.
• Providing technical support across the company, including repairing and replacing equipment when necessary.
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure list for the whole company.
• Assist in purchase requisition by identifying and selecting the appropriate equipment that align with the requirements of management.
• Support overseas office user from remote connection.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by IT lead/Management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
