Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Singapore to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.

You will provide remote and on-site assistance to end-users and help maintain stable IT operations. You will perform routine updates, assist deployment of new hardware/software, document procedures, and collaborate with senior staff to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide remote and on-site end-user support.
• Perform routine software updates, patches, and system checks.
• Assist in deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Identify and diagnose problems, delivering timely solutions.
