Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for corporate office users and retail outlet, primarily focusing on IT assets onboarding/offboarding, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, peripherals and in-store networks.
  • Manage and maintain corporate and retail Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Networks (LAN), including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers (physical/virtual), storage, backups, and active directory services.
  • Monitor systems for security threats and vulnerabilities and take corrective action.
  • Perform routine system patching and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance at corporate office and retail outlet.
  • Ensure PCI‑DSS compliance standards are met for all retail systems handling cardholder data.
  • Participate in the rollout of new systems, software updates, or hardware to retail outlets, which may require work outside standard business hours.
  • Oversee and execute robust backup and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments on technology projects and initiatives.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Prerequisites
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management; experience in setting up or maintaining basic infrastructure (networking, server setups) is a plus.
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiar with configuring and maintaining servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Good analytical, logical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team player and able to independently and self‑motivated.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non‑technical staff.
