About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward‑looking IT Director to lead Gain City’s technology strategy and digital transformation efforts. In this role, you will oversee key IT and product‑related initiatives, drive the adoption of new technologies, and ensure our systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs.

You will provide leadership to the IT team, guide the development and implementation of IT projects, and enhance our technological platforms to support operational excellence and an improved client experience. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands‑on leader who thrives on innovation, continuous improvement, and driving impactful technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop projects or product visions, goals and strategies.
• Direct and establish IT product‑related projects.
• Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.
• Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems or product.
• Provide leadership to IT specialists and other staff within the company.
• Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.
• Troubleshoot data‑related issues and establish regular maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years’ of experience in information technology, software application, and cybersecurity.
• A highly‑analytical mind‑set with superb problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of information system technologies and software application.
