Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced IT Asset Specialist in Singapore to oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring reliable asset data and compliance with policies. You will develop and maintain asset management procedures, manage onboarding, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, and keep an up-to-date inventory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets from onboarding to disposal.
• Maintain an accurate inventory using asset management tools and databases.
• Ensure accurate configuration items for onboarded assets.
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with asset owners to improve lifecycle processes.
• Conduct governance, audits, and reconciliations of IT assets.
