Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AI tools applied to Asset Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (Hardware and Software) from onboarding/procurement, deployment, maintenance, to retirement and disposal.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets using asset management tools and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with bank security guidelines and regulatory expectations on IT asset management.
  • Collaborate with asset owners to improve lifecycle processes and data accuracy.
  • Perform governance, audits, and reconciliations of IT assets to resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze asset data to detect discrepancies, SLA noncompliance, and cost optimization.
  • Train staff on asset management policies and systems.
  • Utilize AI tools effectively for Asset Management and tracking.

How you succeed

We are seeking experienced IT Asset Specialists to implement and oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets across the organization. This role ensures compliance to bank's defined policy and regulatory requirements on asset related, cost optimization, and efficient utilization of hardware, software, and related resources. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of IT asset management best practices. This role also requires utilizing AI tools' capabilities to effectively perform IT Asset Management.

What you do
  • Develop and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (Hardware and Software) from onboarding/procurement, deployment, maintenance, to retirement and disposal.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets using asset management tools and databases.
  • Maintain accurate configuration items associated with the asset onboarded.
  • Ensure compliance with IT assets with defined bank's security guideline and regulatory expectation on IT asset management.
  • Collaborate with asset owners to streamline process to enhance lifecycle process and inventory data accuracy.
  • Perform regular governance and audits and reconciliations of IT assets to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Analyse asset data to continuous detect discrepancies, SLA noncompliance, process gaps, utilization asset usage and cost.
  • Conduct testing of new IT Asset Management features implemented.
  • Support IT teams in providing asset-related information and ensuring timely availability of required assets.
  • Train and support staff on asset management policies and systems.
  • Utilize AI tools effectively for Asset Management and tracking.
  • Improve and drive AI adoption in the IT Asset management space.
