Job summary

Seatrium Ltd is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and OT assets at our Singapore operations. You will maintain records, implement licensing frameworks, and ensure license compliance across endpoints and cloud services.

You will conduct regular asset audits, manage secure disposal, and contribute to our Asset Management Plan and SOPs while collaborating with IT and business teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in IT related field as listed.
• Minimum 5 years in IT support or similar role.
• Experience with asset management processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance.
• Proficient in documenting technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of IT and OT assets (hardware and software).
• Develop and implement an asset management framework and licensing.
• Track software licenses for compliance and utilization.
• Conduct regular IT asset audits to ensure record accuracy.
• Manage asset disposal and inventory updates.
• Contribute to Asset Management Plan and operating procedures.
• Assist management with issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
