Job summary

OCBC is seeking a professional to manage and advance its AI and model inventory system, ensuring governance across the Group. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, validation, and IT teams to strengthen lifecycle controls and enable transparent AI asset management.

You will engage with auditors and regulators, drive process improvements, and stay informed on evolving governance technologies to support a sustainable, compliant AI governance infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in developing systems, supporting model risk management, or related fields.
• Experience in coding using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power App, MSSQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, Micro Services and Microframework technologies to build small and scalable applications independently.
• Analytical mindset complemented by strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with leadership, stakeholders and IT project teams.
• A collaborative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, design, and enhance the AI and model inventory system to support AI governance across the Group, ensuring tracking, documentation and auditability of models.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes that improve productivity while ensuring governance compliance.
• Support integration of automated tools and workflows to improve transparency and traceability of AI assets.
• Collaborate with AI model development, risk, compliance, and validation teams to strengthen lifecycle controls.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and validators to facilitate smooth reviews and timely resolution of governance findings.
• Lead design and work with IT to implement the future-state AI model inventory system via stakeholder feedback.
