Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5–7 years in IT Support/Operations in banking/FS.
• ITIL certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with Windows/Mac OS, SCCM, AD, and MDM.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end asset tracking and disposal per data sanitization standards.
• ITSM incident governance and service request escalation.
• System health checks and MAS TRM alignment for endpoint security.
• Documentation and monthly management reporting; support ad-hoc IT initiatives.
