Job summary

OCBC Singapore invites qualified candidates to join Asset Services as an Operations Specialist in Asset Transfer Validation on a 12-month contract. You will perform pre-processing checks for payments, ensure compliance with signing mandates, and manage asset transfer callbacks with meticulous attention to detail.

The role requires at least 3 years in Private Bank Operations, strong English communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Private Bank Operations, especially in Remittances, Callback or Client Service.
• Tertiary education with a good academic track record.
• Proactive in identifying process gaps and delivering improvements.

Responsibilities

• Pre-processing checks for payments ensuring approvals and adherence to signing mandates.
• Callback on Asset Transfer and Static updates per procedures and policies.
• Conduct End of Day control checks and sign off on the day’s tasks.
• Manage queries from Business and escalate as needed.
• Identify control gaps and participate in process improvement projects.
