Job summary

AlpSoft Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a disciplined Asset Management Assistant to support the delivery and accuracy of hardware and software asset records within Managed Services.

You will drive service delivery processes, coordinate with vendors, and produce regular progress reports. The role requires at least 1 year in IT, solid Excel skills, and strong English communication for independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a pre-requisite.
• Strong in English communication, both oral and writing.
• Pleasant personality and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the Asset Management’s service delivery processes for Managed Services’ outsourcing clients.
• Ensure accuracy of all IT hardware and software assets database meets the contractual obligations of the Service Level Agreements.
• Verify procedures are developed, maintained and enforced for all service delivery activities and audits.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory data collection, storage, tracking and maintenance of IT hardware and software information.
• Co-ordinate with vendors on all aspects of the Agreement, including acquisition, software distribution and technical support requirements.
• Monitor and ensure all assets are tagged in accordance with company's quality control standard.
• Provide periodic reports on the progress of Asset Management’s activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
