Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Support or Operations, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
• Proficiency in ITSM frameworks; ITIL Certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of MAS TRM Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for all user devices and IT assets.
• Assist in hardware procurement and secure disposal.
• Act as an escalation point for service requests and incidents.
• Conduct regular health checks on IT systems.
