Job description
Key Responsibilities (Administrative & Support)
1. General Administrative Duties:
  • Manages IT office supplies (purchases, maintenance, storage, disposal).
  • Creates job aids, guides, manuals, documents, reports, and knowledge base (KB) articles where required.
  • Supports KPI reviews, dashboards, ticket assignments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Arranges Shipping, Collection, and Receipt of IT equipment and/or deliveries.
  • Communicates IT related matters to all stakeholders (e‑mail, call, broadcast/distribution company‑wide).
  • Coordinates and/or Supports site events (town halls, audits, meetings, conferences, offsite events, team huddles, etc.).
  • Schedules, books, and/or sets up rooms for any IT related matters or upcoming events.
  • Accommodates company visitors, external parties, and/or vendors.
  • Manages the onboarding and offboarding of employees (completion of IT onboarding for new hires, conducting IT orientation/sessions, processing of hardware returns / check for exit clearance or internal transfers).
  • Provides Mentoring/ Coaching / Training to IT colleagues and/or users (where applicable).
2. Basic Technical Support:

Expected to perform basic troubleshooting skills of Individual/Shared End-User/IT Devices and Network Protocols.
